The service is tailor made to our customers’ requirements, from a general inspection including the flywheel and knotters to a full front to back service.
This may be completed on farm or in our workshops.
We maintain a full and comprehensive store, most parts for Massey Ferguson and New Holland balers as well as Heath SuperChasers are in stock and able to be sent out by courier on next day delivery (within mainland UK) if ordered before 3pm.
Our stores personnel have knowledge of the maintenance of the balers and chasers which means they are able to give advice as well as recognising which parts are required.
The stores also maintain longer hours and weekends in harvest time to give comprehensive coverage when you are busy and cannot afford downtime.
We provide full support from our service and stores departments, who are experts in the square balers and chasers that we provide. All our machines are thoroughly serviced and prepared before leaving our depot to minimise the risk of downtime.
